In accordance with the Capital District Policy Statements, qualified members who have filed their intention to be a candidate for the office of Governor-Elect may have their candidacy announced District-wide beginning on the second Friday in January 2013.

The Kiwanis Club of Woodbridge Kiwanis Club has nominated Past District Trustee Robert Brian Bell for the position of 2013-2014 Governor Elect of the Captital District. The Clubs of Divsion 10 have indicated their support for Bryan.

I hereby announce that Robert Brian Bell is qualified to be a candidate for the position of 2013-2014 Governor elect of the Capial Dsitrict, Kiwanis International.
